David Ruimveld is a self-taught artist who uses many washes of acrylic paints to create a unique and stunning style of angling art. His paintings and prints can be found in many galleries, fly shops, and private collections. Born and raised in Michigan, he has spent a significant measure of his life in the state’s rivers and woods. He now enjoys traveling with his wife Ginny and their two daughters, Kasey & Jenna, to various rivers to pass on cherished family traditions while researching subjects for new paintings.
