Florida native Jason Mathias is a graduate of the Ringling School of Art & Design. He uses extreme fishing experiences and extensive underwater videotaping to inspire his paintings. He has spent much of his lifetime on the water, and that devotion influences the lighting and colors of the underwater world he so passionately portrays.
